DOCTOR ADEEL C. EAGOR FINALLY TIES THE KNOT!
TRADITIONAL ARAB WEDDING ADEEL FIRST SEES BRIDE ON WEDDING DAY
SAMIA'S BEAUTY STUNS THE KINGDOM! CEREMONY MATCHES HER BEAUTY!
HER ELEGANCE AND GRACEFULNESS WIN WIDE APPROVAL!
At some time well into the future, it may all seem to have been a dream. Surrounded by children and grandchildren, and all those who love them, Adeel's and Samia's memories may go back to the very beginning, the day they first met, their wedding day.
And like a dream, it may not be viewed with cold clarity, but more through "the glass darkly," blurred, seen as through a veil one places over one's eyes.
We are sure that Samia will remember the warm waters, the fragrant oils, the gentle hands of the women who bathed her before the ceremony, and helped her apply the traditional henna, and escorted her for her first view of her new husband. Queen Livia, Minister Afraa, Palace Slave dara will stay long in her memory
as will the first sight they had of each other, when Adeel went to the Bath House to fetch his bride
But that veil will never hide the flood of memories of the day, the authentic emotions, the laughter and the tears, the singing and the dancing, and most especially the love shared, the lives promised.
How can they not remember that moment when they sat before the King, and pledged their love to each other? With slaves Zak and dara offering their support, the King questioned them closely, and advised them sagely on the great shared journey that they began on this day.
And their hearts will still burst with pride as they remember the enthusiastic support they felt from their good friends. Queen Livia and King Kal, as well as Minister Afraa, who embraced them with warmth
while Cindy, Maliaja, RoseBe and Gabriela pledged their support and love.
The eternal words of the Quran, and the guidance of the King, will be remembered on that future day just as if they were said the day before. The King stated: The Holy Qur'an has in so many verses pointed out the different purposes of marriage. It states: "And of His signs is that He has created wives for you from yourselves that you might find quiet of wind in them, and He put between you love and affection" The Holy Qur'an also makes it clear that this union is not a temporary relationship between two individuals of opposite sexes: It is a permanent and enduring relationship in the sense that both the parties should put in their earnest endeavors to lead their lives in perfect harmony and acquitting themselves creditably of the responsibilities saddled upon them by entering into this sacred contract.
They will both undoubtedly remember the enthusiastic applause when the King pronounced them married, and the counsel he gave them even after the ceremony.
And who would soon forget the summons to the party from Delicious Syrup Manager Cindy
and the array of beauty, talent and goodness represented at the party. Queen Livia and her husband King Kal gave an example of fidelity and love that still lingers in them decades after the day
while the beauty of their memory is crystallized in the faces that echo forth to them decades hence: maliaja,
the three gorgeous women, dara, Cindy, and maliaja, who danced in perfect harmony (oh and Afraa was there also (ahahaha)
the brilliant music and entertainment from Jo and the passionate movement of that outstanding slave Gabriela, whose faithfulness will still resonate with them:

And, finally, they will remember the food, that will have set a standard for them perhaps equaled, but never surpassed, in the long history of their wedded existence. Cindy truly outdid herself on that day of their happiness.
So it will go for them, long after their wedding day recedes into the haze of time. But the lessons they learned, and the people who supported them, shall be seen, no longer as through a glass darkly, but, as it were, face to face, as if the sands of time had never passed through the hour glass.
But they certainly will not remember, because she leaped for joy when no one else was present, the dance of happiness Afraa displayed when the wedding was over. (ahahaha)

PRINCESS PRITH WORKS QUIETLY BUT POWERFULLY IN THE KINGDOM
In an exclusive interview with Princess Prith, the Kalahari Herald Afraa al Abid was able to get some exclusive news for the readers of the Chronicles. But an experienced member of the Royal Family is not easy to pin down, and we suspect much more is going on than the Princess cares to reveal.
In household news, Her Highness announced that the likable slave JoeyDope, here seen serving Tavern Manager Cindy,
was being placed in charge of all her other slaves. Those slaves must now address him as Mister J. But when questioned about an "unidentified visitor" who the Chronicles learned had visited her in the middle of the night, the Princess just gave an enigmatic smile.
And in what may be related news, Princess Prith and Royal Guard John Alonzo left in the middle of the night on a mysterious mission given them by King Hassan. We judge that this must be a very important assignment, as the King would usually not send someone abroad so close to his wedding date. So we all join Cindy in praying that John will return safely, and in good time for his nuptials.
