DAY OF FIRSTS IN THE KINGDOM!
FIRST ROYAL GUARD APPOINTED BY KING HASSAN IBN TRRROL
SIR KAL GARNET, TRAINED BY PRINCESS LIVIA, GUIDED BY MANAGER CINDY
FIRST PALACE SLAVE PASSES RIGOROUS TESTING!
KING HASSAN AND QUEEN VI APPROVE HER PERFORMANCE
SLAVE DARA IS WELCOMED TO THE PALACE
THE ROYAL GUARD
When King Hassan wanted to form a Royal Guard, he, of course, turned to his sister, the noted warrior, Princess Livia Ashi. The Princess knew that only elite troops should be allowed to join the Royal Guard and so she went on an intensive search to find the one candidate who could serve as the pioneer Guard.
By fortunate circumstance, Inn/Tavern Manager Cindy had welcomed a gentleman named Sir Kal Garnet to the Kingdom, and with her encouragement, Sir Kal stepped forward to volunteer. Princess Livia accepted this volunteer, then put him through the most rigorous training, culminating in today's exhibition of martial valor. And it was decided that the Royal Couple, King Hassan and Queen Vi, should be in attendance, to approve of this candidate, who will be pledged to defend them with his life.
Other spectators included several proud residents of the Kingdom: Princess Livia, Manager Cindy, Dr. Adeel C. Eagor, Minister Afraa, and even the slaves Abu, Fluffykins, and Henry.
Dr. Eagor was on hand to insure the best medical care was available for the injured, even slaves.
Princess Livia informed the slaves the role they would play in the display
though the slaves seemed stunned by the announcement.
In fact, soft Fluffy and young Henry played an important part in this exhibition, as they were target dummies for the prospective Guard running around the Arena like frightened rabbits as they were attacked by Princess Livia and Sir Kal. Then Sir Kal chased the slaves in the cage while Princess Livia trained our brave King Hassan.
Finally, the dazzling exhibition ended in a grand success, and the Princess congratulated Sir Kal after he downed slave Fluffy, as slave Abu watched with interest.
The King set foot in the Arena and summoned the brave warrior forward to welcome the first of the Royal Guards.
and of course, Sir Kal thanked. and hugged, and kissed his main support and inspiration, the Manager of the Delicious Syrup Inn/Tavern, Cindy.

THE PALACE SLAVE
The celebration of this glorious day includes yet another First: the welcoming of the first Palace Slave, named dara. Though her branding will occur on Friday, 18 September, today was the official announcement that the slave had successfully passed all the qualifying examinations, and was welcomed by King Hassan Ibn Trrrol, and Queen Vi Vyper.
Here is an example of one of slave dara's qualifying tests, a beautiful rug woven by her own hands.

PONY TRAINING
In her continuing efforts to improve the Kingdom, Princess Livia has touched upon a new service that soft slave Fluffy can offer: that of obedient pony, pulling a carriage so that others may rest. Here, you see the fresh pony drawing the carriage of Princess Livia and Minister Afraa. Hardened by his work in the Mine, we expect slave Fluffykins to be a durable pony.
