QUEEN VI ALMASA TRRROL HAS RETURNED!
ELEGANT MONARCH BRINGS SMILES TO THE FACES OF ALL KALAHARIANS!
SHE BRINGS NEW ROYAL GUARD MEMBER HALOTUS TO PROTECT THE KING!
A beaming King Hassan Ibn Trrrol came running from the Palace to the offices of the Chronicles in the Ministry with the happy news: our beloved Queen Vi Almasa Trrrol had returned to the Kingdom safe and sound!
The news set off a wild celebration of music and dancing, as we can see from Palace Slaves dara and Nada, who celebrated Her Majesty's safe return in beautiful silks that are a gift from the Queen herself:
The King of course reacted with great discipline, making sure that the Queen was relaxed, and was able to recover from her wearying journey:
He also allowed the Queen to share some details of her journey with the faithful Palace Slave dara, and the outstanding Mine/Farm Slave Abu, who paid rapt attention to the Queen's heroic tale in the Palace Garden:
News of the Queen's return spread like wildfire, so of course many in Kalahari gathered at the Tavern, where so much information can be shared. There, the former Kahya Seren, on a visit to the Kingdom, Palace Slaves dara and Nada, Minister Afraa, and Mistress Louise El Masria, along with her slave "bunny" Sasa, joined the King in celebration of the Queen's safe return, and had their first look at Halotus, the King's new bodyguard, who certainly seems adept with peacock feathers! Perhaps that fan is a secret weapon, or the "eyes" of the King's security? ahahaha
A more formal celebration has been scheduled for Tavern Night on Wednesday, 6 April 2016. Further details will be revealed when the Palace Social Appointments Sub-ministry releases them.

TAVERN NIGHT: SIR BILL LE BRAVE LOSES HIS BET WITH KING HASSAN!
ALL OVERSHADOWED BY SLAVE JADE'S SUICIDE ATTEMPT!
SHE WOULD NOT DISHONOR HER MASTER BY MAKING HIM HER SLAVE!!
BEAUTIFUL ACT OF FIDELITY ALMOST KILLS THE UPRIGHT GIRL!
It began as a grudge match, with high stakes. But it soon spiraled out of control, with a heroic and frightening suicide attempt. Fortunately, all's well that ends well!
Kalaharians are familiar with the challenges exchanged by the King and Sir Bill Le Brave: each would offer a slave to serve in the slave ball, with the winner acquiring the loser's slave.
But because Sir Bill could not provide a slave as the wager demanded, the King and Sir Bill decided to change the bet, with the result that Sir Bill himself served in the slave ball, and the sad result of the match was that Bill lost, and Jade would have to be his Mistress for two days!
All the spectators looked forward to this proud Royal Guard member actually having to follow an order, but amusement turned to horror when slave Jade pulled a hidden knife from her clothing. shouted she preferred death to her Master's dishonor, and plunged the knife into her stomach to the shocked and horrified screams of all those watching.
Immediately, the fable Kalahari generosity and efficiency displayed itself. As the dazed Guard sat next to his wounded slave, Louise El Masria, Chippi, slaves Nada and tally joined Minister Afraa as they carried the badly bleeding girl from the Arena to the Clinic. King Hassan lent his support by calling for a carriage, and soon the girl was on a medical table in the Clinic.
Quick emergency care followed, and finally the bleeding was stopped, the wound was cleaned and covered with salve, then bandaged. A grateful Sir Bill stayed by the side of his slave, and the weary medical crew retired to the Delicious Syrup Tavern, where the generous King provided refreshments! All hail the wine giver King Hassan!

FRIGHTENING DISCOVERY IN THE PALACE GARDEN!
PALACE SLAVE NADA PASSED OUT AND DROWNING IN PALACE FOUNTAIN!
MINISTER OF HEALTH AFRAA AL ABID DISCOVERS THE POOR GIRL
It was a very close thing! Minister Afraa al Abid was making her rounds of the Kingdom when she heard a suspicious sound, and then a splash from the Palace Garden. She looked around for a Royal Guard, but they must have been doing important work somewhere else.
So the Minister quickly moved to the Garden and saw a frightening sight: the beloved Palace Slave Nada was lying on the ground, with her head submerged in the pool at the base of the decorative fountain. Immediately Afraa raced to her side, lifted the unconscious girl's head from the water, and was soon rewarded with some sputtering breaths and water pouring from the mouth of the overworked slave.
When the Minister was finally able to make sense of the girl's mutterings, she discovered that she had been faithfully doing her chores when a wave of nausea, undoubtedly caused by her advanced pregnancy, overwhelmed her, all went black, and her next memory was being dragged from the water by the Minister.
Evidently slave Nada had eaten some slave gruel at the Tavern, instead of the rich and tasty treats available to her in the Tavern, and she seems to have suffered memory loss similar to that of slave Abu. In fact when I asked her to look at a picture of the King, she complained that she had never met the man, and that she had a terrible headache looking at his portrait.
When the girl's regular breathing resumed, the Minister decided that the crisis had passed, at least for now. She ordered the girl to the Clinic to await a complete medical examination by Doctor Ushimawa, and suggested that the King should make no demands on the girl until she makes a complete recovery, as her utter exhaustion, and the necessity to protect the health of the Royal offspring, must take precedence over Palace chores, and errrrr "extracurricular" activities.
MINISTER MAGDY TRAINS A NEW SLAVE
Taking a break from his grueling schedule on the Farm and Mine, the dashing, even "magical" Minister Magdy was showing yet another lovely leashed slave around the Kingdom. One wonders where he finds the energy to supervise the critical industries of Farm and Mine, and "supervise" such beautiful slaves!
