SLAVE AUCTION: ROXE THE "SWEET"

Many in Kalahari are familiar with the stormy relationship between the Trademaster, and International Criminal, Thorgrim, and his complaint-filled slave Roxe. But an enormous change has occurred in that relationship: Thorgrim (probably in need of money for some illegitimate scheme in Syria) has now sold Roxe to the beloved Kalahari couple: Sheik Franco Carfield and Lady Malika Carfield.
After a period of taunting, where Thorgrim tried to jail Roxe for no reason, threatened to sell her to pirates for shark bait, and tried to intimidate the distinguished buyers whose compassionate desire was to give Roxe a good slavery where she could develop her 'slave-ness," Thorgrim finally gave up when his greed outweighed his desire to torture slave Roxe.
The auction was a lively affair, attended by possible bidders including Queen Nathalie, Ministers Magdy and Nilasso, Doctor Albert, Tina Wo, MarlaDesires and sky, with some who had a more "personal" interest in the slave trade: Dalia, and Willow. After vigorous posturing, many sharp remarks, and legal and magical interventions, Thorgrim finally sold Roxe to Lady Malika, who is sure her husband will have good use or the "virginal" slave.

After a long period of romantic pursuits, Magdy had met the woman who had stolen his heart: he and sky are engaged and will soon be married! |

and even the King stopped chasing women errr I mean left his desk where he was managing many weighty affairs of state to congratulate his best friend and the blushing bride.

Afterwards, the King and Magdy exchanged the typical male-ocratic remarks that have become commonplace in Kalahari, but all were indeed happy with the wonderful announcement and look forward to the upcoming wedding. Details will be released as soon as the wedding date is set.
