      QUIET ENJOYMENT: WEDNESDAY, 9 DECEMBER 2015, NOON SLT
     
Sometimes, the low-key, quiet times are the best.

Kalahari has seen a frenzy of activity the last few weeks: weddings, new neighbors, state visits, new land acquisitions, the abolition of the Court, and ongoing construction. So, many of the Kingdom's residents looked forward to a quiet time of music and conversation when they gathered at the Delicious Syrup today.

But quiet does not mean empty, and music means the haunting melodies played by Jo mixed with the sexy dancing of sasa, (and Mine slave Marcus the Log Carrier), and the mesmerizing story of slave feather, who visited the Kingdom with her Mistress Layla McMillon.

Her harrowing tale of a cruel Master, freedom in the jungle, her adopted village disappearing as if by magic, and finally her discovery by the powerful Mistress Layla held us all spellbound.

But slave Jo lightened the mood with his lovely tunes, as Mistress Layla reflected

and the group heard again haunting music to accompany the harrowing tale.

The King summoned slave sasa whose sexy gyrations on the table made her look like the sweetest of Cindy's treats!

Of course, we can always count on slave Marcus to make insolent remarks, as he muttered threats of revenge against Minister Afraa for her firm response to his wild attempts at a slave strike! The King of course responded with strength by having the huge wood lugger dance like a belly dancing slave on the table, which was greeted with roars of laughter by all those assembled.

Everyone enjoyed this spectacle, except slave Marcus, who muttered some more threats of revenge against the Minister under his breath. How foolish that he should think he could achieve such revenge in our peaceful and orderly Kingdom!

             PRINCE ANIMTER AND CINDY ANNOUNCE ENGAGEMENT
       WEDDING SET FOR THURSDAY, 17 DECEMBER 2015, NOON SLT

The bride will wear red, (so all other women should wear any other color.) and the ceremony will take place in New Kalahari, near the home of Prince animter and Cindy, with the reception held at the Tavern after the ceremony.

Women will gather with Cindy at the Bath House at 11:20 AM SLT for the Bath/Henna Ceremony.

while, at the same time, the men will gather with Prince animter in the Tavern/Dance Temple area.

At noon, Prince animter will meet his lovely bride at the Bath House and escort her to the wedding ceremony.

VISIT OF SULTAN OF TOPKAPI POSTPONED!
CONTAGIOUS DISEASE THREATENS THE HAREM!

Ambassador Sabina returned from important consultations with Sultan Suleyman, and announced that a mysterious disease had come to the beautiful Palace of the Sultan.

To be cautious and care for the health of all concerned, Sultan Suleyman sadly agreed that his visit to Kalahari must be postponed until some future date.

Now that we have nourished ourselves, let me tell you about our wonderful Swim Party! With the formality of a State Visit put aside, the Kingdom's residents settled down to equally important business: having fun with each other.

Swimming took center stage for many. Beautiful slave dara clearly won the laurel as best swimmer,

but since the King was crushed by dara, he also entered the Male (Inferior Sex Division) and defeated slave Bande.

Most importantly, however, residents enjoyed swimming. Patrik Floyd showed good form

while Nada showed beautiful style

and bell was elegant in her stroke

Afraa took to the course in case the King started to drown

The new Gypsy Fortuneteller Livia arrived riding her Tharl

while old friend annibe also graced us with her presence

Soon all that swim "stroking" raised the sexual heat in the sim, where even Ice Queen Afraa decided to dance for Patrik

while Prince animter charmed the beautiful Sasa.

At the same time, Patrik Floyd and bell caused some heat

while Cindy discussed "cream rolls" with Prince animter

All in all, a day of "Fun in the Sun" in Kalahari, especially for King "Huggy."

SINTERKLAAS (SANTA CLAUS) VISITS THE PALACE AND GIVES GIFTS!
NAUGHTY (Afraa) AND NICE (everyone else ahahaha) RECEIVE GIFTS!
KALAHARI MAGIC CONTINUES: FIRST MINISTER MAGDY, NOW THE KING!

Unsuspecting residents were summoned to the Palace today, a great honor in itself.

But imagine their surprise, when the "Court" was convened, and the figure summoning them was.....    SINTERKLAAS (SANTA CLAUS!)

The dazzled residents, Cindy, Diana Geesink, dara, Nada, Gabi, and Afraa stood stunned in the Throne Room when they beheld this magical sight. Minister Afraa stumbled forward when summoned by this jolly figure, was given a brief summary of her year (stubborn???) and was bestowed with the perfect gift: mud wrestling clothes, that Sinter guaranteed will enable her to defeat Cindy in their next match!

The old gentleman next called Gabi forward, and discerned that she was perfect, and had lived a wonderful life of service during the year, gave her a cow bell, which she could use on her beloved Farm animals, or even wear herself, so that all the rest of us could see what the model person looks like!

Then jolly old Sinter brought Diana Geesink forward and his clever remarks made even that naughty girl blush! And, since we have very proper readers we can not say what the lecherous Sinterklaas gave Diana as a present, but it rhymes with bribe ahahaha. Well, she also received a batch of pepernoten (too bad they weren't Pfeffernüsse ), and those sweet cookies brought a smile to her blushing face.

Sinter's next prize showed that indeed, the best way to a Pfeffernüsse King's heart is through his stomach! Delicious Syrup Manager Cindy was brought forward, and given a cook book of G&S recipes so that the King can fill his  err I mean so that we all can enjoy an even greater array of Michelin cuisine than Cindy already provides. Along with a dozen roses, the beautiful Cindy contentedly returned to her seat.

Finally, the lovely pair of Palace Slaves, dara and Nada were brought forward. Unfortunately their gift was not up to the quality of mud wrestling clothes, or cowbells, but they both are lovely in body and soul, so they reacted nobly when Sinter announced that their gift was

((and a magical transformation occurred before everyone's eyes!)

the King himself, who emerged from the person of Sinterklaas and revealed himself as the giver of good things!

After Minister Afraa gifted the King a Flying Leaf so he could survey his Kingdom and his people from above, the whole group posed for a portrait on the steps of the Palace. All his friends, (and even his business associate,) were filled with gratitude at the Monarch's goodness and thoughtfulness, and all prayed that the upcoming year will bring even more peace and joy to the Kingdom!

                   KING SETS STATE VISIT AND COMPETITIONS
          ON THE OCCASION OF THE COMING OF SULTAN SULEYMAN
                     SATURDAY, 5 DECEMBER 2015, NOON SLT

I   EROTIC COMPETITION   (OPEN TO ALL WOMEN)

This event is open to as many women, free or slave, as wish to enter. The Sultan and the King themselves pledge to enter two women each so at least four contestants take part. There will be two parts to the competition.

1. SKILL OF THE BELLY DANCE   Belly Dance Temple

The women perform a belly dance of their choice. The Judges (all the people present-royals, free, slaves) give each girl a point score from 1 to 10.

2. SILKS   Belly Dance Temple

The women dress in their sexiest silks or other outfit. (They should wear some clothing, not be entirely nude.) They have one minute to walk around the stage, and they may emote or in any way they can, short of physically touching, seduce the two rulers. Translators may be used. The judges (all present) give each girl a point score from 1 to 10.

3. THE PRIZE

The scores are then combined, and the winning girl is awarded a fabulous scent created by Ambassador Sabina of Topkapi.

II   SWIMMING PARTY  (OPEN TO ALL)

THE COURSE:

The King sets out a race course at the Kalahari shoreline. The course involves several underwater "gates" that must be passed through, and a clear path outlined. We will have a party there, and those who wish to race may enjoy the course.

Ambassador Sabina returned from important consultations with Sultan Suleyman, and journeyed to Kalahari to make final preparations for the Sultan's visit. Her beauty and grace insured that the visit will be a success.

KINGDOM OF TURKEY SENDS EXPLORER TO KALAHARI

An adventurous and rugged man named wolf landed on Kalahari's shore after a long sea journey. He showed a great interest in the Kingdom, and was given a full tour by Minister Afraa., after which he sought rest at the Delicious Syrup Inn.

  KALAHARI KINGDOM EXTENDS A WELCOME TO TERRIFIED REFUGEES!
 KING HASSAN USES UNDEVELOPED LANDS FOR COLONY FROM KUWAR!
  WISELY, THE KING FORBIDS ANY MILITARY BUILDUP IN THE NEW LAND!

In what has become a familiar story among the family of nations, our beloved King Hassan has used the resources of the nation to bring peace where there was war and suffering.

And it must surprise no one that the refugees come from the troubled military dictatorship of Kuwar. These brave travelers, led by Princess Samirah al Rachid, daughter of the late, lamented Queen Shadan, came to our shore with fear in their eyes, but the King quickly put them at ease. In fact, he reclaimed some desert land so that Kuwari refugees could have their own colony, free from the reign of militaristic terror that rules their homeland.

In Kuwar, it is normal to see soldiers leading naked, cuffed, and leashed citizens through the streets, to prison, or worse.

The King also thoughtfully developed even more desert land so that the refugees may have productive neighbors, and also that some worthy and wealthy Princes might develop the land in partnership with, and under the peaceful conditions of, the King.

                           SLAVE REVOLT IN KINGDOM!
    REPEAT OFFENDERS FLUFFYKINS AND MARCUS AXLERIUS GUILTY!
    MINISTER AFRAA ASSISTED BY MARQUIS QUELLS THE REVOLT!
HARSH PUNISHMENTS EXPECTED, MINISTER LAUGHS AT TALK OF REVENGE

Soon after the wondrous celebration at the Tavern had ended, the Kingdom faced a dangerous revolt of two slaves previously guilty of exactly the same treasonous behavior.

When Minister Afraa heard the wild and unfair calls of strike from these two criminals, she rushed to the Mine, and for the first time in her life, used the whip, in order to bring the revolt under control. She was aided in her strong response by the well known and courageous Marquis.

Finally, the two revolting slaves were caged, where they await the King's decree on their punishment.

Let this be a lesson to all the slaves in the Kingdom. Obedience and hard work leads to nourishing food, challenging work, comfortable shelter, and excellent medical care. Rebellious behavior leads to pain and suffering, and perhaps worse!

In a side note, the slave Marcus uttered threats of revenge against the Minister, who laughed off such silly bravado.
