Kalahari is respected, no, REVERED, among the lands all over the world for the quality of its justice. The Kalahari Justice Ministry, headed by the brilliant, intelligent, energetic, and elegant Minister Afraa al Abid, (And we know this is true in spite of the fact that Afraa is writing this herself, because she has a reputation for strict honesty!) treats all the residents of Kalahari equally, and uses only the most modern and enlightened techniques to get at the truth, and mete out proper justice.

A stellar reason for the particular excellence of this judicial result was Judge Tina Wo herself. Whether using the most persuasive of interrogation procedures, identifying appropriate witnesses like mistrixx, resisting numerous bribes from shady characters, (We are looking at you, Ehline!) or her fair and balanced judgments in Court, Tina Wo displayed the qualities of an outstanding jurist.
Afraa al Abid called the proceedings to order: "As Minister of Justice, I summon all to the first trial--of slave Sandi, known as the White Virgin (ahahaha) for theft of the Royal Jewelry that the King intended to give to Xade for her Housewarming."

As the crowd gathered, including Princess Nathalie and her precocious daughter Sarah, some prominent voices were heard questioning whether slave Sandi could receive a fair trial in Kalahari, well known as a Maleocracy.

The first of many dramatic moments occurred when Judge Tina ripped the clothing from slave Sandi's body, and revealed that Sandi had confessed to the Royal Interrogator, who happened to be Judge Tina Wo.

While all present understood that the thief had admitted guilt, a wave of horror and sympathy rippled through the Justice Centre in seeing the brutally abused body of the prisoner. Of course, all interrogation techniques as outlined in the Kalahari Interrogation Manual, approved by King Hassan ibn Trrrol, were followed to the letter of the law.
But then slave Sandi made a stunning declaration, which turned the whole trial on its head. She made a counter claim against King Hassan, that HE had been a partner in the theft in that he had been criminally negligent in leaving the gift unguarded, and thus almost inviting Sandi to steal it! This bombshell landed in the Courtroom and caused a wave of excitement. Kalaharians had never before seen such a twist of Justice.
Judge Tina Wo did pass sentence--she took out a chastity belt and locked it on the slut Sandi snapped the chastity belt shut and said:
"Since you obviously stole the gems to impress your lover, you will have no sex for 1 week!"
then pulled out a
ring gag, snapped it on the girls head and declared:
"Your
sentence is to be chained to a bed in the brothel. You will pleasure all that
come there, male or female, with your mouth for free! As an
addition to your sentence, you will be up for rental auction next Friday, when your sentence is finished. Sheik Franco will observe the girl"
A review of the evidence is in order, so that people may understand the fair sentence declared by Judge Tina Wo, and also Sandi's claims. Minister Afraa DID find the bag, empty, but with no guards posted, in the Ancient Cave near Xade's mansion, so Sandi's claim might have been true!

And there is no doubt that King Hassan had influenced the interrogation, as he seemed to be directing Tina in that task. And it is telling that Sandi mentioned a threat the King often makes to criminals: "But if I am to be alligator food, I leave the truth behind."

Even with all of this evidence, it might very well have been true that the King would have eluded prosecution. But Judge Tina Wo had one more trick up her sleeve, (well, actually, she couldn't hide anything in that gown) so anyway she called one more witness, mistrixx, whose testimony sealed the King's fate.
Minister Afraa confronted the startled King with the news:
"King Hassan
please come forward. Under your benevolent leadership, Majesty, justice has been
a hallmark of Kalahari. Justice is lived every day here and we thank
you for that. By the way, there is one more matter of justice we must clean up
before Court ends today:"
"AS YOU ARE NOW DEFENDANT HASSAN IBN TRRROL,
ACCUSED OF
NEGLIGENCE IN SEDUCING THIS POOR SLAVE INTO THEFT!
Under the reign of your glorious ancestor, Fatso ibn Trrrol, the Law 429
Section B, Paragraph 3 was passed, and it states that even a Royal may be tried
IF THROUGH NEGLIGENCE HE HAS HURT THE LEAST MEMBER OF THE KINGDOM!
How do you plead, after you hear the testimony of mistrixx?"

Judge Tina addressed the King:
"Sooo,
your Majesty you were so anxious to dance and try to seduce the lovely ladies
of Kalahari and visitors, that you neglected your gift for Xade? Come forward mistrixx, and we will hear your testimony."
misstrixx testified: "The King and I were first introduced to each other at one of his palace dinner parties. He told me about his influential status in the
community and how he liked to be "entertained" by his female guests. When
he called me to his private chambers to be one of his entertainers, i just
assumed he was talking about a harem dance routine........
until he
made unlawful advances toward me and told me that if i didn't fulfil his every
desire....he would have me arrested and taken to the city dungeon as a traitor
to the community!"
"I was so
lucky that a Palace servant and a Royal Guard suddenly entered his master's
private chamber and called him away for urgent palace business......
and you can
check that too by the way.....only last week ...... i was instructed by the King not to speak of his desires toward me and told me to leave and wait for
his summons for my return.....NOW DENY IT...YOU PIG!!
YOU KNOW
THAT'S HOW IT HAPPENED....AND YOU'LL JUST DENY EVERYTHING....WONT YOU??"
After this staggering testimony, the Courtroom was in an uproar, but Judge Tina Wo did finally allow King Hassan to reply to the shocking charges lodged by mistrixx, as well as the criminal negligence claim of Sandi, yet perhaps a touch prematurely imposed a sentence on the King:
Judge Tina looked at the King,
"As punishment for your negligence of protecting the gems, and trying to
seduce visitors to the Kingdom, you will be stripped down to your underwear,
cuffed, and chained to a rack in the Garden for 5 days! All the
girls in Kalahari are encouraged to dance at the Garden in silks or naked to
tease our King as he hangs on the rack."
But then the King, appropriately, was given a chance to defend himself:
"Ah......so finally you give me the chance to defend myself. My dear
residents of Kalahari. I am sure, that
you see how false this process is done. My attempt to surprise our new
neighbour, Xade Jurado is totally not taken into account.
On purpose I took the
jewels in a big remarkable bag, so everybody could see. THis is the royal bag. I will show you this evidence."
The King held up the bag
"Well my residents....
I took this bag....because everybody could recognize this as the good
intentions of the King to welcome Xade.
And also....I took this bag, to prevent anybody to walk away with
it."
The King's clever remarks did not address the following issue. Yes, the showy bag was used, but the gift, a necklace and some earrings, were very small, and could easily be stolen with the showy bag left behind. In fact, it would help the thief to have the empty bag visible, while she made off with the gift!
Still, Judge Tina Wo showed some mercy to the King and announced:
"With that plea, we will reduce your sentence by 12
hours."
Mayhem followed this extraordinary day in Court, with Ehline muttering about bribes and corruption, but the beautiful, intelligent, sophisticated, supportive Queen Dara looking on in a mixture of shame and sadness. The King was then led away in handcuffs, and hanged on the rack in the Garden before the horrified eyes of the Queen, and the shocked crowd.

Some people, however, may have made a serious mistake in deciding that this was an opportunity to humiliate the King, or to take advantage of his misfortune. Ambassador Randy Quander seemed to be evaluating how she couldd embarrass the King internationally, while the key witness mistrixx seemed to revel in teasing the King with her seductive dancing. But The Last Uchiha may have made the most serious mistake of all. In insulkting the King, he forced his Majesty to call out to his lovely and supportive wife Dara ibn Trrrol, to make note of the man's insults.
Many think of the Queen as a beautiful and sophisticated Royal who represents Kalahari with great dignity, and that is true.
Queen Dara, however, is also a strong and resolute ruler, and if she felt someone insulted her husband or the Kingdom, she would be a rather fierce enemy.
And, did I mention, Queen Dara is now the ruler of Kalahari?
It would be a very foolish person who would try to humiliate the King, and God help anyone who would dare to do him physical harm!
