The lovely and talented prosecutor Minister Afraa al Abid laid out the facts with legal precision: the dead Sheik's body, the murder weapon discovered in the belongings of the defendant by the vigilant Stephanie Brown. the defendant's constantly changing story--all supported the feeling in the Court Room that this was an "open and shut" case.

Witnesses for the Prosecution, Prison Manager Stephanie Brown and Lady Tina Wo, a common sight in Court, stood ready to testify if needed. And the talented Palace Slave Hanna House of Trrrol diligently recorded all the Court scenes with the deft talent of the true artist.

But the wily defense attorney, Abla chose a clever, even unique, defense for her self professed murdering client. She brought her child Fares to the Court, intending to use the baby to witness to the evil men often do to women, and thus strengthen the defendant's argument that she was simply defending herself against the unwanted advances of the Sheik, who, she claimed, attempted to rape her.

The King, who had been angered by the frequent outbursts from the defendant, such that he banished her to a dungeon for part of the proceedings, was somewhat swayed by this argument, knowing , as he does, how certain powerful men demand sexual favors from vulnerable women, and get frustrated when they are not "satisfied."
In the end, the King mixed mercy with compassion by not executing Miaa Cerise. Instead, he sentenced her to 10 year's slavery in Kalahari, supervised by Stephanie Brown and Tina Wo. In addition, at the end of that sentence, she is to be deported to Kuwar to face serious charges there, though if she is entirely obedient for 10 years, that part of the sentence will be revisited. Finally, she must change her name to "Bloody Cherry," thereby warning all in Kalahari that she has the blood of many victims on her hands!
