In the early morning hours of Tuesday, 6 June, a devastating earthquake struck Kalahari Kingdom. Amazingly, no one was hurt or injured, but extensive damage occurred, especially in "Old Kalahari," as can be seen in these exclusive Magic Carpet illustrations.
The Tavern and Dance Temple were practically destroyed
and the Palace suffered extensive damage as well, though fortunately the King's Royal Bed survived!The Tavern and Dance Temple were practically destroyed
Personal stories abounded, as so much damage was done not just to structures, but to memories. Minister Afraa and Lady Malika console each other near the ruins of some of the King's greatest romantic triumphs.
In her survey of the damage, Afraa came across the faithful Abu, (the Greatest Man of Kalahari), who was bringing rence plants back to life, as part of Minister Magdy's program to have the Farm and Mine back producing in record time!
The Girls of the Garden pitched in, "comforting" clients while raising large sums in fees for the rebuilding of the Kingdom. Here, Sir Rebel is fleeced errr comforted by TinaWo and Leighanne.
The Tavern renovations occurred with astonishing speed, so much so that the King was able to surround himself with six beautiful women (and Minister Afraa was also there) to celebrate in style.
After a long day of romance errr serious supervision of needed repairs, the King used his Magic Carpet to transport some of the fun-loving women errr the important construction workers to the Garden, where the majestic monarch will be spending his nights (and days, and coffee breaks etc.) until the Palace renovations are done.
