DAILY NEWS FROM MAMLAKAT KALAHARI 13 April 2016
Disaster was turned to joy and hopeful celebration in Kalahari Kingdom when word was received that our gallant Queen had to travel to comfort her sister in a far-off land. How like the beloved monarch to care for the sick instead of enjoying her own celebration! The King delivered the news to a stunned crowd at the Delicious Syrup Tavern.
How great was her trust in her Kalahari subjects, and her beloved husband the King, that they would be able to carry on in her absence. And so the Kalahari team: Lady Louise Kingbe, Kahya dara, Tavern Manager Cindy, Prophetess Chippi, and Minister Afraa joined forces to comfort the King, honor the Queen, and welcome the residents and guests of Kalahari.
And the guests came from far and wide, initially to celebrate the Queen's return, (and Tavern Manager Cindy's), but stayed to watch in awe the fireworks, accept the gifts of the Kingbe family, hear the prophecy of Prophetess Chippi, enjoy the famed Kalahari dance under the direction of Kahya dara, feast on the elegant menu of Cindy, and dance the night away.
Anne and Bree Langtry, our old and dear friends were there. The lovely and talented Lexia Moonstone, leader of the Lost Jungle of the Maya contingent and her faithful companion the "cute" kukua. Master Franco Carfield, the renowned slave trainer, and the powerful Sir Wolf, all graced us with their presence, as did Darilust, Lila, and Kara Exile. Lexi even found some time to discuss trade with the multitalented Cindy, and with the expected support of Minister Magdy, and slave Abu, the King encouraged such trade.
Princess Nathalie, the King's niece, on her own mission of mercy, later joined the celebration, and the faithful slave Abu, after a full day's work on the Farm, added his "Flame Dance" talents to the party ahahaha.
Also, unfortunately delayed by affairs of state, and the plots and spies of the Western imperialists, the renowned statesman, the noted raconteur, the famed gourmand, and the fabled lover, Emir Hussein al Rachid of Kuwar, the "Merciful," the "Lion of the Desert." weary from signing death sentences for Kuwari traitors (much of the population ahahaha), made the perilous journey from Kuwar to honor the Queen, and pay his respects to the King. Of course he was welcomed with open arms by his separated wife Afraa, and served one of Cindy's delicious lobster dishes by the lovely and talented Palace Slave dara.
Also there, adding sophisticated questions, and sharing the wisdom of her extensive travels with the Emir and the Minister, was the lovely Elyssa Kalaratri, who should soon be joining the Kingdom. And kukua and the lovely slave Sasa provided enticing entertainment as they danced for the pleasure of the rotund ruler.
The celebration proper began after the King's announcement, with gift giving from Lady Louise, on behalf of the Kingbe family. Each person enjoyed the amusing, yet personal gifts which added to the celebration.
Louise began the fireworks display with a "red flare," a sign of warmth, to accompany the Queen of her journey of solace.
Immediately, another flare was launched, green for the hopes and prayers that journey with the Queen, and join her to her beloved subjects.
The midnight setting for the celebration enhanced the intricate fireworks, as the "bubbles of joy" followed, floating to the heavens with the personal wishes of all who gathered,
while on the ground, wild celebrations erupted, as the airy bubbles seemed to lift everyone's spirits.
Many individual moments were memorable. Perhaps the most meaningful came from the utterance of the Kalahari Prophetess Chippi, who rose up, danced a tantrum, and uttered the following prophesy:
"O, hear the stars speak....
For thus saith the Lord God of Israel unto me;
Take the wine cup of this fury at my hand, and cause all the nations, to whom I send thee, to drink it.
And they shall drink, and be moved, and be mad, because of the sword that I will send among them.
Then took I the cup at the Lord's hand, and made all the nations to drink, unto whom the Lord had sent me:
there is only one God and Hassan is Her prophet. the Land is safe and Our Queen is home, rejoice!"
Visibly awed, all fell silent, until the sound of the incessant Arab beat began, and Kahya dara started the famed "Kalahari Flame Dance," though unfortunately this encouraged the King to display his errr "unique" style of the dance. Here you see Kahya dara, Prophetess Chippi, and Minister Afraa shudder in fear at this full moon apparition.
Princess Nathalie enjoyed herself, as she looked on at the Royal Dance Spectacle (ahaha), with sexy Cindy distracting the audience away from the King's acrobatic lurching.
Viewing the King's valiant efforts, all joined in jubilant dancing, as DJ Chippi took requests.
kukua took a leading role, teaching the "Mayan Dance Line" to Lexi, Sasa, and Afraa
Finally, the weary guests feasted, danced, and delighted to the maximum, left the party, but unfortunately most missed the visit of the sexy god and featured player on the world stage, Emir Hussein al Rachid of Kuwar. While dara served, Sasa and kukua danced, and Elyssa conversed, Afraa beamed in the presence of her Beloved. (The rest is censored in the interests of public morality.) AHAHAHAHA
