TAVERN NIGHT 13 - SYNCHRONIZED SLAVE BELLY DANCING

THE TRIUMPH OF DARA!

Movement, rhythm, the call to dance, is deeply embedded in human beings. For thousands of years, people have made music, and then obeyed the call to move their bodies to accompany the lovely strains of many different instruments.

One of the most ancient and revered forms of the dance is belly dancing, the seductive movements of which have insured that women for centuries have desired to move their bodies according to the structure of the belly dance, and men to watch and desire them.

At a special invitation performance of the belly dance, dance leader dara, along with her gorgeous team - feather, Phreak, and Cristy Morane - gave eloquent voice to the grace, power, and erotic beauty of the ancient art of the belly dance.

Here, King Hassan Ibn Trrrol, ruler of Kalahari, Patron of the Arts, the Lion of the Desert, the Koala Bear of the Dance Floor, and his Minister of Entertainment Afraa al Abid, view the perfectly coordinated steps of dara, feather, and Phreak.

They watched with awe, as each arm movement, shake of the hip, and stylish step of the dance were performed in perfect harmony by the three beauties.

The Desert Lemon costumes of the dancers, the seductive rhythm of the music, and the beauty of the dancers, combined to produce a gorgeous performance. That loveliness continued without missing a beat when Cristy Morane replaced Phreak in the ensemble. The perfection that had been attained under dara's teaching with Phreak and feather, now continued with Cristy and feather.

Such was the siren call of these dancers, that even the King and the Minister were drawn to join the stage, although an observer might be forgiven for thinking they were a very pale imitation of the Lemon Delights. (sorry, Highness. ahahaha)

Finally, the outstanding performance was finished. Slave Abu brought refreshments for the exhausted but satisfied dancers, each of whom received a special hug from the King for their marvelous dancing. (Just a hug, Nada! ahahaha)

The King and Afraa then discussed with the slave Abu the state of the Farm, and how best to continue its marvelous productivity.

All Kalahari looks forward to the next performance of "dara's dancing delights!"

Minister of Entertainment Afraa al Abid is delighted to announce a synchronized belly dancing exhibition arranged and led by the lovely Palace Slave dara. dara is still recruiting slaves who are free on Wednesday: all slaves report to dara for training.

Remember, the dance begins at noon, slt.! ahahaha

MEDIEVAL MURMURS

The King, along with slave Nada sitting happily by his side, enjoyed a strange appearance in the Palace fountain. A mythical creature named Darilust magically appeared. The King was close mouthed about any message from this creature, and he sent slave Nada away on one of her lengthy missions, so the Kingdom is all abuzz about what has been happening.

The Kingdom has become a paradise for children. We have all celebrated the wondrous birth of Hassam to Cindy, and then we heard the good news that Bill Le Brave and Savanna are expecting. Now, comes further jubilation: slave Sasa is with child, and with his usual concern for all in the Kingdom, slave and free, the King invited the well known physician DrShadi to examine Sasa, and gave her to the supervision of Louise El Masria for the duration of the pregnancy. Louise will insure that Sasa receives the best care, and little Hassam should soon have two playmates!

A NICE DAY IN KALAHARI KINGDOM

His first mistake was to laugh at a female, even if she is a slave. And then, with typical male bravado, he thought she would be no problem. But the King saw through his act, and set up a match to prove to him his submissiveness.

And so it was, that on a typical tropical day in the Kingdom, bright, sunny, and honest, the King had slaves rino and feather square off in a match of fighting skill.

Well, of course rino was no match for the "Fabulous Feather's Fingernails." nor any other part of her. The final blow which decided the match was a rather stunning punch to the (CENSORED) which immediately disabled the muscled male, and brought him to his knees before his female conqueror.

The King deeply "shared rino's pain," and asked him if he conceded defeat., and in a strangely high voice, more like a soprano's, rino admitted he was defeated.

Afterward, the King hosted festivities for the "Fights of the Round Table." and saluted feather as the clearcut victor, as Afraa, Cindy (and baby Hassam,) and Nada looked on. rino was off to the side, lying on his belly and groaning. ahaha

The King then departed with slave Nada for some important consultations about land development in "New Kalahari." The King's work is never done!

On the other hand, Kalahari's parties are never done either, so Afraa and Cindy (with Hassam), continued the merriment, served by feather and a slightly recovered rino. The fact that he kept collapsing onto his belly actually helped rino's service as it allowed him to lick clean the feet of Afraa and feather.

Then the lovely Manager of the Bath House, Diana Geesink appeared, and all the women at the table enjoyed the spectacle of the muscular male using his tongue for something worthwhile.

And just as Diana went off to manage the Bath House, Louise El Masria dropped by, while Cindy left with baby Hassam for some well needed rest. Louise enjoyed having slaves rino and feather to serve her. In fact, she took slave feather back home to, ummmm, discuss New Kalahari, I think.

All in all, a great day in the Kingdom to welcome back slave Nada!

TAVERN NIGHT 12 A SUCCESS
THE FIRST REVERSE SLAVE BALL LEAVES THE FREE SORE FROM SERVICE
SLAVES ENJOY THE LAZY LIFE
BUT BEWARE SLAVES! NEXT WEEK, THE KINGDOM STRIKES BACK!

As a sign of the fairness that characterizes human relations in Kalahari Kingdom, once a year, the free allow slaves to assume the role of Master/Mistress, and free people to assume the role of slave.

Today, the slave's fantasy came to life, and the first leaders of this "slave rebellion" were "Master" rino, "Mistress" Sasa," and "Mistress" dara. They immediately embraced the power role, forcing their will on the obedient slaves Louise, Afraa and Hassan, as Cindy and baby Hassam looked on.

In fact, "Mistress" dara leashed her boy toy slave, and at one horrifying moment, had him dance for her, with the Siberian tiger looking on in stunned disbelief. (The Chronicles would like to dismiss the rumor that slave Hassan poured mead into his gruel, and that he was lurching around in a drunken stupor. We would like to, but the evidence is hard to deny. ahahaha)

"Mistress" Sasa chose a quieter form of domination, having "slave" Afraa kneel and serve her refreshments, while "slave" Louise danced prettily for her.

Finally, the one-time slaves decided to punish the free by giving them a dose of their own medicine. They sat around the Tavern table lazily and spoke idle nonsense, while making the one-time free listen to this babble. "Mistress" Jo and Marquis, along with Cindy, joined in, though the most sense was made by baby Hassam as he happily put one syllable words together in the cutest fashion.

As he lurched off to the Palace, the King was heard to mutter "Just let those slaves wait and see what I have in store for them. The Kingdom WILL strike back!"

(The King was to be exempted to be an unbiased judge in case of disagreements, but he wishes to take part with other free people, as a slave. So, we are looking for a judge, perhaps a person of standing)

2. Orders must be reasonable and within the limits of role play in the Kingdom. Otherwise, slaves can order free to serve drinks and food, dance, kneel, mine, farm, run, whatever. Free have to obey slaves, wear slave clothing, and so on. Slaves can wear free clothing

3. Orders for sexual relations are not allowed UNLESS the free person is wearing a red outfit. If a free man/woman wears a red outfit, they are signaling that they will submit to sexual relations with slaves. Sex can only take place upstairs in the Inn, in private homes, or in the Wilderness.

4. The Tavern Night reverse slavery will extend for 3 hours, from NOON SLT to 3:00 PM SLT

CINDY GIVES BIRTH TO A WARRIOR!

KINGDOM CELEBRATES THE TAVERN MANAGER!

HER SON TO BE NAMED HASSAM!

KING LEADS THE JOYFUL CELEBRATIONS IN KALAHARI

Minister Afraa al Abid had no idea what was about to happen when she visited the Tavern this afternoon to fill her face with errr, I mean, to have a small cup of tea. As she approached the Tavern, Afraa noticed Tavern Manager Cindy slumped over the table. When she spoke with Cindy, Cindy told her that she was suffering pains, and that it might be her time.

Afraa immediately helped Cindy to the Clinic, where the King, slave dara, and slave Breta happened to be engaging in a fitness session. Cindy was assisted to the medical table by the slaves, and her serious contractions immediately began. After a rather brief period, "Warrior Cindy," skillfully helped by midwife dara, gave birth to "The Little Warrior" Hassam (the Sword.)

Hassam clearly showed that he will be first in War, first in Peace, and (Afraa hopes) first in Cooking! He almost literally leapt from the womb, ready to confront the world, in the strong and loving arms of his mother, and surrounded by all in Kalahari. Here is the first official portrait of baby Hassam, cradled in his mother's arms, flanked by dara and Afraa.

King Hassan put the royal seal of approval on this marvelous event, when he toasted Cindy and Hassam, welcomed the little boy into the Kingdom, and called down blessings and health on him, and his mother. He raised the Royal Horn, and saluted the proud mother and Hassam, as Breta, Afraa and dara looked on, deeply moved by the emotion and joy of the moment.

Later in the day, Afraa joyfully shared the news with many in Kalahari, including slaves rino and Sasa.

And so the Kingdom of peace and acceptance welcomes a little boy, whose life journey stretches in front of him. Guided by his mother, and supported by all Kalaharians, we are sure that his future will yield rich benefits to his family, the Kingdom, and all who meet him.

3. Orders for sexual relations are not allowed UNLESS the free person is wearing a red outfit. If a free man/woman wears a red outfit, they are signaling that they will submit to sexual relations with slaves. Sex can only take place upstairs in the Inn, in private homes, or in the Wilderness.

4. The Tavern Night reverse slavery will extend for 3 hours, from NOON SLT to 3:00 PM SLT

MEDIEVAL MURMURS

Newcomer Louise El Masria, wife of the mysterious Aly, has made an excellent impression as she moves into the Kingdom, in the New Kalahari region. Her sense of taste is reflected in her striking Tower home and her garden, and her social grace has been exhibited in numerous ways at the Tavern and elsewhere. The King himself welcomed Louise to the Kingdom

And many have experienced Louise's gentle ways and kind words at the Tavern. Here, Louise shows a representative painting of an Arab Princess to Princess Prith.

Royal Guard Bill Le Brave and his slave Pleasure stopped at the Delicious Syrup Tavern on the way to renovating Bill's new home, a gift from the King. Bill, that IS what you were doing in your new house, we presume? (By the way, in the background, you can see Cindy's tamed Siberian tiger. Those with courage are challenged to do the "Dance of the Tiger.") Louise, Cindy, and Afraa chat with Bill while dance trainee Zowie displays her athletic dance moves, as well as her stamina.

Our roving graphic artist caught slave dara teaching her sister dancers Alex and viki some intricate dance moves in the Temple.

The moves had to be intricate because a certain monarch with a bad back lurched on to the stage, and all had to avoid getting hurt ahahahaha.

Sultan Suleyman of Topkapi paid a surprise visit to Kalahari, and was greeted by Afraa, Cindy, and Louise. Later during his brief visit, he conferred with King Hassan about a variety of matters.

The King and Minister Magdy discuss the business of the Farm and Mine, as well as tharlarion riding, as Minister Afraa and slave Cristy listen intently.

And we certainly don't want slave Nada to thing that we or Bear Bear have forgotten her. ahahahaha

THE BRANDING OF SLAVE NADA

The Trrrol Royal Family has ruled Kalahari Kingdom for countless generations. Many of the Trrrols were outstanding leaders, courageous warriors, brilliant innovators in fields as diverse as science and art. A few, it must be admitted, were spineless rulers, who lost the momentum built up by their esteemed descendants. But always, in every time period, the sacred T of the Trrrols was held in high regard.

When a brilliant scientific invention was produced by the bright minds of Kalahari, the T was a sign of its origins. When iron, or gold, or copper came from the rich Mines of Kalahari, the ingots were marked with a T to signal authenticity and 100% purity. When a beautiful scroll of poetry wa produced from top grade papyrus, the watermark T signaled its quality.

But perhaps the most important use of the T, hallowed by ages of custom, was the T brand, placed on the body of a slave who did not just serve well, but was outstanding in his or her service, cherished, beloved, a slave for the ages.

So the Kingdom was gripped with excitement when the King announced that slave Nada Syuhada would be granted the great honor and privilege of wearing the sacred T on her body for the rest of her life. She would join her Palace Slave sister dara with this great honor, awarded not just for past service, but with the expectation of excellence for the rest of her life.

The day dawned bright and hot, and after a night made sleepless by her excitement, Nada first was bathed by her friends in preparation for the great ceremony.

Her nervousness had a good foundation, for an enormous crowd of friends, admirers, other Kalahari residents, as well as distinguished visitors, such as Sir Wolf, Mistress Anne Langtrey, Bree Langtrey, and slave Mei had come to pay due to the honoree Nada.

As the crowd looked on with awe and admiration, the King summoned the trembling but brave slave forward, and had her profess her willingness, her desire, to wear the sacred T as had only the precious few had before her. In a soft but firm and clear voice, Nada said "Yes" to her branding.

Slowly, trembling, but with real courage, slave Nada mounted the stone platform which had borne the weight of prized slaves for centuries before. The King carefully heated the branding iron to its white hot perfection, as countless Trrrols had before him. Only when the iron was perfect did the King draw it from the fire, and with firm decisiveness quickly apply it to the trembling slave's body. The onlookers heard the sizzle as the burning iron performed its task, but not one sound of pain issued from brave Nada, though those closest to her saw tears escaping from her eyes.

As quickly as it was applied, the burning iron was withdrawn, and a loud gasp escaped from those assembled as they saw the perfectly formed T on the now hallowed body of slave Nada.

Tavern Manager Cindy, and fellow slaves Abu and Gabi were struck with admiration, as were all who witnessed this harsh but beautiful ceremony. The King himself, in the grip of a deep emotion, embraced the brave warrior, and welcome her in a special way to the Royal Family.

When she had composed herself, slave Nada, beside her beloved Owner and King, acknowledged the loud applause of the crowd, and looked forward eagerly to her lifetime of service.

And so the sands of time flow without ceasing. Kingdoms rise, rulers fall. Good men and women live out their lives. And in the Kingdom of Kalahari, the sacred T continues to stand for all that is best, and brightest among us.

KALAHARI CHRISTMAS PARTY - TAVERN NIGHT 10!!!

Sometimes, the holiday that is celebrated allows a person, a group, a Kingdom, to reflect on its values, and to affirm them. Such was the Christmas festivity in Kalahari in the year 2015. The birth of the one who brings Peace to all people was celebrated by a people happily at peace.

And so the celebration mirrored the peace of the Kingdom, the good feeling that flows from warmth, understanding, mutual support, despite so many differences expressed beautifully in the diverse Kingdom.

But there are two people whose efforts made this celebration outstanding. One was King Hassan, the personal Santa

and the other was the Tavern Manager Cindy, whose work on the delicious treats she provided, and the beautiful decorations she provided, was exemplary.

But the light ignited by the King and Cindy shone brightly on all who came to Kalahari:

But enjoyment in Kalahari comes not just in large groupings, enthusiastic dancing, loud singing, and enjoyable food and drink

but in welcoming our diverse friends, like Jo,

people who are new to us, like "Santa" Wolf,

old friends like Cindy and dara

friends from distant places, like Mistress Layla McMillon, her slave Feather, and the prosperous Merchant Prince Jon1Stryker

and Mistress Anne Langtry

Of course, no merchant in Kalahari will ever remain friendless, so the King invited the Jon1Stryker to meet, and dance with, the lovely slave Nada,

and Minister Afraa followed up, emphasizing the number of attractive goods that Kalahari displayed to an astute trader like Merchant Jon

But all was not business. New friendships came to fruition, as Laila and Nada spent some last moments together before Nada had to go on her long voyage of discovery

Minister Magdy made an appearance and continued his strong presence in Kalahari which has been flourishing since the King came to power,

As the party drew to a close, and the celebration continued well into the night,

Kalaharians realized, that though we are different in many ways (Jo and Wild Mint)

it is through our togetherness, that we achieve peace, and strength!

Peace on Earth, and Good Will to All!
